Recent Review of “We Got The Power” (From our favorite protester!) “Protest the whoredom of the Born Again Floozies all you want, but they have the will to power, and they can’t be stopped. This week they’ve released a new single “We Got the Power.” I note the little tip o’ the hat to Neil Young’s guitar sound in the middle of this, which leads me to note that actually Joey Welch is a better and more interesting guitar player than Neil Young. ” Brother Al, Morethings.com See the whole article here.

The long-awaited full-length follow up to the Floozies brilliant debut EP hits the street July 24th. Recorded and mixed by legendary producer Steve Albini, the record was mastered at the UK’s world-famous Abbey Road. The record has debuted as CMJ #11 Top Add this week!

With a lineup featuring tuba, two tap dancers, and the singer playing guitar like a piano, the Born Again Floozies explore themes of loss, rebellion, and floozy redemption with a sardonic wit and keen satirical bent. “Novelties in the best possible way,” says Paste Magazine.
